Job description

As a Business Analyst at Saudi Azm, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyze existing processes, and design solutions that enhance our operations and deliver value to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
  • Analyzing and mapping current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Designing and recommending solutions that align with Saudi Azm's strategic objectives.
  • Supporting project management efforts to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Providing data-driven insights and reports to support decision-making.

Job requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Experience with project management methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and experience in a similar environment is a plus.
