Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Saudi Azm, you will be crucial in leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure that our projects align with strategic goals and deliver value to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to successful delivery and closure.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with project objectives.
• Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
• Managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Communicating with stakeholders, providing regular updates, and managing expectations effectively.
• Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project outcomes meet the highest standards.
• Ensuring high-quality project deliverables and client satisfaction.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT or digital solutions industry.
• Proven success in managing projects from start to finish, with a strong track record of delivering on time and within budget.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English is preferred.
