As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our team, which is dedicated to attracting, selecting, and onboarding top-tier talent that aligns with our company’s values and goals.  The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the

organization’s staffing needs. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing

sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works

closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing requirements and build a robust talent

pipeline.

Job requirements

  1. Plan and manage the efficient and effective deployment of the organization’s workforce resources to maximize productivity in pursuit of organizational vision, mission, strategy and plans.
  2. Work with business leaders to develop and align HR strategy and plan to the organization’s current and future strategy and business objectives or goals.
  3. Collaborate with business leaders to review current and future talent supply and demand in terms of workforce and bench strength of capabilities.
  4. Align the organization’s employer branding strategy to the overall organization’s branding strategy to ensure consistency in employee and external stakeholder experience.
  5. Select candidates with the right competencies, experience, and culture fit through effective and cost-efficient screening and assessment processes.
  6. Securing choice candidates by positioning the organisation as an employer of choice that candidates will want to work for.
  7. Monitor the turnover rate of new joiners to identify critical reasons for leaving and continuously improve how the organization aligns expectations of the organization and future new joiners.
  8. Champion HR activities with a global mindset while being aware of local cultural sensitivities and needs.
  9. Recommend HR strategies based on the workforce implications of business strategy and ensure that the workforce requirements are fulfilled and both business and employees’ interests are maintained.
  10. Review and develop future-ready HR policies and strategies, referencing local and global HR trends and best practices, considering context, economic outlook, and available support to meet business needs.
